Rolling thunder show licence information:

Drivers are required to obtain a licence in order to regularly race. This has been lapsed in the last 2 seasons but we cannot continue to sustain the loss as this goes towards insurance cost at Rts events. A licence cost is £50 main formula (adult or junior) with a £20 upgrade per formula thereafter. The licence fee will then allow you to prepay cheaper when booking in to race but this facility is for licensed drivers only cost per meeting once licensed will be £35 pre pay. Licences will be a card licence and must be obtained before season commenced in Saturday 7th March. Please choose & complete your licence from our website

Please fully complete this license/contract application form, include the correct payment: Please note that you are licensing to race for Rolling Thunder show Ltd, a subsidiary trading name of Ringwood Raceway Ltd, racing at Rolling Thunder show Ltd you agree that you understand that Rolling Thunder show Ltd license is actually covered fully through Ringwood Raceway Ltd, All insurances and licenses are through the parent company of Ringwood Raceway Ltd and not Rolling Thunder show Ltd, to confirm you are a Rolling Thunder show Ltd License holder Rolling Thunder show Ltd is a trading name of Ringwood Raceway Ltd, and all monies received for license’s will be payable to Rolling Thunder show Ltd account but you fully understand that this is income revenue only related. Ninja Kart License £50.00  this fee is for my main formula only, the license fee is to register with the promoter, separately, a fee of £35 is payable on a pre pay basis or £45 on race day.

I am aware that an additional fee of £20 is payable for each additional formula that I intend to race. And upgrade my license.

This contract will run from March 1st 2026 and will terminate on the 30th November 2026 unless terminated sooner in accordance with the terms of this contract. Licences fees are payable to cover administration costs for your racing and not to guarantee amount of meetings, this means we can terminate any licence at any period or at any time with no notice or refund, I the undersigned, apply to race and licence with Ringwood Raceway Ltd and its associated raceways and affiliations, who promote Stock Car, Banger racing and various Motorsports events.

MEDICAL QUESTIONAIRE

(A) Do you suffer from Epilepsy or sudden attacks of disabling giddiness?
(B) Are you suffering from any defects in movement or muscular power?
(C) Are you suffering from any disease medical condition mental, physical, or disability which may cause the driving by you in a competition to be a source of danger to yourself and to others? I.e. Heart attack, angina or pregnancy?
(D) Do you suffer from any back problems, which have caused you to visit a Doctor? With in the last 12 months?

If you answered YES to any of the above medical questions A DOCTORS LETTER WILL BE REQUIRED prior to a racing licence being granted.

I Also Authorise Rolling Thunder show Ltd to Send me any marketing information and to use my email and personal information for any purpose necessary  and agree that they can pass this information to a third party in any instance for example county ambulance service, Police should they need any information
